Pyrenees Conservation conducts conservation actions at the local level, but also internationally. Indeed, the fight for biodiversity protection does not stop at our borders and unfortunately affects the entire globe. In 2018, the Animal Park of the Pyrenees had the great pleasure to welcome Liao Bao, two female red pandas once residents ZooParc Beauval. Ranked endangered by the IUCN, more than ever threatened by the degradation and loss of its natural habitat, the Pyrenees Conservation Endowment Fund must participate in the conservation of this species from the Himalayan regions.
