COIMBRA – Sé Velha Church

It features a fortress-like exterior with crenelated walls and a magnificent Renaissance-style portal. Inside, the cathedral boasts a serene Romanesque nave, Gothic chapels, and a beautiful cloister. Historically, it played a key role in the early years of the Portuguese monarchy.
